Upgrades/Service Packs are released periodically by AIQ to add enhancements and new features to the product and to correct outstanding issues in the program. The Install from the Web button does not appear, what do I do?

If you do not already have the InstallFromTheWeb Client, download the Client installer file now and double-click it to have the Client automatically install on your system. After the Client installation is complete, click here to enable the blue InstallFromTheWeb Install button.

The Install from the Web will not complete, how can I get the upgrade?

Click here to download a self-extracting exe for the 7.0 upgrade (approx 5MB in size). Save the file to a temporary location on your local hard drive. Once download is complete, locate the downloaded file (the file name is 70upgrade.exe) using Windows Explorer and double click on the file. Follow the on screen instructions to install the upgrade.
