AIQ uses the WiredRed epop Conference for our web seminars. This will work through most firewalls. However, if you connect to the internet through a very restrictive firewall which only allows web access, some of your firewall settings may need to be modified to allow video and audio to pass through. | WiredRed supports IE v6.0 and higher. Other browsers should also work fine. An Active X control is required to view conferences in all browsers. | |
| IN ROOM CONFIGURATION | |
| How do I change my screen name, I’m shown as user or administrator? From the menu click on File, Options and in the Screen Name area type your name and click OK. |

| How do I switch off the sounds from people entering and leaving the room? Click on File, Options, Notify tab in the Sounds area you can remove these sounds by clicking on the checkmarks adjacent to each. |

| By default on these sessions you are not able to talk but you can enter your questions in the 'Text Area' and click the 'Send' button to enter messages. If you do wish to ask questions please change your screen name following instructions above so as to identify yourself to the presenter. | |
| To close the session, click on the 'Exit the Room' button at the top of the room window. You may exit the room and renter at will while the event is running. | |
